Closed areas: Manns Road and Main Arm Road essential maintenance 7 April to 14 April 2025

NPWS is undertaking essential road maintenance in Mount Jerusalem National Park and there will be road closures effective from Monday 7 April to Monday 14 April 2025 inclusive. The road closures will be in place from 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, for the duration of the works.

Maintenance and repair works will be undertaken to sections of Manns Road and Main Arm Road. These roads will be closed at times due to the high volume of heavy plant and machinery operating along the road corridor.

Works being conducted involve reinstatement and clearing of drains, replacement of damaged culverts, grading and re-sheeting of road surfaces.

Summary of closures;

Monday 7 April to Friday 11 April 7:00am to 5:00pm – Manns Road will be closed to all traffic from South Chowan Road north to the park boundary at Rowlands Creek. The only access in and out of the park will be via Main Arm Road to and from Mullumbimby.

Monday 14 April 7:00am to 5:00pm – Main Arm Road closed between park boundary and the intersection of Manns Road and Middle Ridge Road. The only access in and out of the park will be via Manns Road to and from Rowlands Creek and Uki.

Expect delays while roadworks are underway and follow the directions of roadwork signs and traffic control staff.
